Nice, friendly people when you get through to them...but in the nicest possible way, I'd rather not be speaking to them about my second faulty unit. First was replaced after 3 months' struggling. Another 8 months on and the replacement is now faulty. Process to fix/replace revolves around lots of messages, attempts to fix over phone, rebooting, and plenty of wasted time. No response from support.
The app is stoneage and only partially works. Replacement was being mooted over a year ago.
Sorry, but I could not recommend this EO mini pro.
