The process was made easier than the previous attempt that did not materialise in the charging point being installed. Chloe was always available and explained every step of the process.
The assigned installation engineer, Nick, was professional, courteous and offer a full explanation. He was very accommodating re our preferred position of the charging point and worked very clean and tidy.
