Based on my experience I would not recommend. I have a smart charger that only works when connected to wifi. I have changed my broadband provider and have not been able to reconnect through the app. Support is sparse, cannot call through to technical, spend ages holding for customer services, only for them to take a message saying I’ll have to wait 3 days for a response from technical. There’s no other way to get help with an offline charger that’s been down for a month.
