My charger melted, I contacted support and was sent a new one and the promise of an install. I have chased them multiple times and consistently been let down. The support service is difficult to contact with a poor ticketing system. I've been chasing this issue for around 6 months now. I've reached out on linked-in, on web forms and called and nothing has been done. I still have a melted charger attached to my property with no way to charge at home. Incredibly disappointed with the customer experience and would not recommend.
My initial contact with them I was told the faulty unit was a known issue, so it was covered under warranty. But there was no product recall issued as they didn't know who had had the kit installed. Despite the serial number being registered with them I was surprised they took the 'lets just wait until it fails' method of customer engagement.
