Claimed could not find address. then parcel lost?? I opened opened a case for compensation, after 10 days they said they had found my parcel and closed the case.
Still no parcel, after many e,mails they said they were now returning my parcel.
After 13 days my parcel was delivered to an address near me, luckily enough the people opened the parcel and delivered it to the return address inside ( Mine )
48 days this parcel was missing for. I sent it Royal mail and it got there in 48 hrs.
