Had a email saying my parcel had been delivered on the 23rd June. I had been home all day and no one came to my door and no card either. been trying to get through to Evri since and have not been able to speak customer services about the package they said was delivered. Absolute shambles it was a birthday present for my 3 yr. old granddaughter.
