Sad to say it's nothing like Amazon delivery...
First order from m and m direct and already after 3 days the latest is
"We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We'll update tracking as soon as your parcel is out for delivery".
Very Poor...no updates and no estimated delivery...won't be using again
