Evri delivered my parcel one day ago. The courier took a picture with the parcel on the doorstep as proof of delivery. It's all good and wonderful, except the doorstep wasn't mine! As soon as I was notified about the parcel being delivered, I informed Evri through a "live chat" since it was the only possible way to let them know that my parcel arrived at a different address! They said, "Ooh, don't you worry, we'll get back to you soon." Yes, guess what, they are still getting back to me. When I arrived home I've checked the neighborhood and tried to identify the doorstep, but I couldn't find any that even looked similar to the one in the picture.
