Almost every time I order something online and it's coming via this joke of a company, it's late. My latest item I am waiting on (and need!) was supposed to be with me on Monday 10th - it's now Fri 14th, their tracking shows the package as having sat at my local depot since last Saturday the 8th! This is shockingly poor service and it isn't a one-off, it happens regularly and I have to go chasing them up via their stupid AI chatbot, anything to avoid having to actually speak to the people that pay their wages! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!
