Evri lost my parcel, how you can loose a box containing football boots I don't know. I have my suspicions though. Evri refuse to deal with the issue stating I need to go back to the company I used, they tell me that Evri will only offer £20 in compensation so that's all they will pay. Meanwhile I'm £200 out of pocket. Terrible service
