They tried to deliver and I was out. Fine. They said they'd deliver the next day - a Friday. Nothing. Nothing on Saturday either. On Sunday they sent an email at 11.45 to say there would be a delivery between 11 and 1 (!). I was out getting a pint of milk and rushed home. They tried to deliver at 11.52 and I got back at 11.55. One more try before they send back to the supplier. I am not optimistic. It is impossible to reach a human being.
