This is the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a dress from Oh Polly with next-day delivery, but it never arrived. The courier didn’t even pick it up due to a ‘connection issue’—which is completely unacceptable. How does a delivery company fail to pick up a package because of something like that? Extremely disappointing and unreliable service.
