I would give zero stars if allowed.
I have no doubt my package was stolen. Payed for next day delivery, was told there was a delay. 3 days later the package disappeared.
I discussed this with a friend to only be told that the same thing had happened to them too a week earlier.
Trust me, it's worth paying a little more with Royal Mail than go with this company, I wish I had.
