Our driver at NG15 area is beyond rude, useless, foul mouthed, & abusive. Went out to ask why he never rings the door bell, or knocks. Also asked why he dumps the parcels (sometimes highly valuable items) against the front door, in full view of anyone passing - it’s only a matter of time before something gets stolen. This, after clear instructions have been left, to leave items at the rear of the property, if we aren’t in. Not that he ever checks if anyone is in or not. When I asked ‘Why don’t you knock or ring the bell?’, he blatantly lied to my face, & claimed he had, despite the fact I was was sat by the door & would clearly have heard him. He then ranted, calling me a ‘dickheaf’ & told me to get a job, as he works to pay my taxes, so I don’t have to work.
