I had to return a parcel for which they charged for door pick up. No one turned up on the said date, but I received a email stating “customer not in home, scheduled for next working day”. No one turned up again and on contacting customer care, they told they are raising incident and would respond immediately. Nothing happened for over a week on raising multiple incidents. Finally they responded saying, “return label expires after 7 days and you need to raise again”. Now they are asking me to pay again. Worst service ever
