On their website they said they will attempt delivery 3 times. In my case, they attempt delivery only ONCE and the parcel went straight back to the sender. They did not give you time of delivery in advance, and they expects you to be in to wait for parcels all day like you have no other place to be at. The entire morning I was looking at the tracking which said "on its way". 10.11am it says "out for delivery" and then 10.14am it says "unable to deliver parcel. We will try again next working day. ". I was out of the house at 10.05am and how do you think I can just magically poof myself back at home within 10 minutes? RIDICULOUS. THE WORST COURIER EVER
