Avoid Evri at All Costs – Appalling Service and No Accountability Absolutely dreadful experience with Evri. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service and accountability. My parcel was apparently “missed off” the delivery round – as admitted by one of their own agents – and I was assured it would arrive the following day. Surprise, surprise… it didn’t. No delivery, no explanation, no apology. When I tried to follow up, my complaint was completely ignored. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they sent a generic response thanking me for providing an updated address and delivery instructions – which I never did! It's as if they don’t even read the complaints they receive. Absolutely shameless. There is no way to hold anyone accountable at this company. It feels like they hide behind faceless bots and scripted replies. They are ruthless, unprofessional, and seem to care very little about their customers or the stress they cause. Evri is not just unreliable – they’re irresponsible. They are quick to take your money but disappear when something goes wrong. This is a delivery company that fails at the most basic task: delivering. Do yourself a favour – avoid Evri and use a company that actually delivers on its promises.
