This courier service is by a large margin THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE OF THEM ALL!!! they have lost 2 of my parcels over the last year, a further 2 have been delayed by 7 days or more and there is absolutely no way you can get through to customer services, you just end up in a continual loop of recorded messages that lead you to nowhere, they need to be shutdown for good
