One star is too much for this dreadful company. Two parcels sent on same day, both lost. One was eventually returned to me after some time rather than being sent to the recipient (for which I had paid £12 for insurance and a signature), the parcel was just left in full sight on my drive, open and split down one side. After using chat and endless time wasted, eventually spoke to someone after a wait of 2 hours; a rude and ineffectual individual called Chris Hayes who refused to offer any form of recompense for the incompetence and unfulfilled delivery. I later received a survey asking my opinion on the ‘delivery service’. I replied honestly with a full explanation and stated that I was refused a refund. I received an email from a different advisor stating that I would receive a refund. Two weeks later this had not been received. I replied to the email from the advisor and received a response saying that I would NOT BE receiving a refund after all - from the wonderful Chris Hayes who seems to delight in denying customers refunds for the company’s total incompetence. If you want endless stress, wasted money, phone calls with rude people and hours of your life wasted, use Evri, my advice is to go elsewhere. Evri will lose your goods, run you round in stressful circles and lie to you.
