Why do companies still use this website they are absolutely terrible!! The last few deliveries I have had, the courier has sent photos saying "your parcel has been delivered" and it is a photo of all the parcels in the boot of their car!! Yesterday a parcel was left lying in my stair, my lovely neighbour took it in. I am still waiting on a parcel being delivered to my local post office, 3 days on and still the same old story of "there is a delay delivering your parcel"
