I wonder where these reviews come from, outrageous if they are true! Of course they must be, why would anyone lie ? Maybe, I am the only one on the planet who has never EVER EVER had a bad delivery, issue, hassle zilch. Just over two years everything has been delivered on time, mails from EVRI, confirmation of their receipt of my parcels, e/mail to say 'OUT FOR DELIVERY' and then another to say what time, to expect delivery, generally within the hour. The courier is a true gentleman, always ring the bell and waits for the door to open. If he is heading back to the car returns, picks the package up and places it in my hands. Polite, professional and charming. If I am not in places it in a safe place. Wonderful, absolutely amazing.
