Basically I was returning a purchase to the seller and I did it via the post office for Evri to collect and return to the seller! The post office printed the returns label. I have a receipt from the Post Office. 10 days later the parcel arrived back with me, left by my back door in a big plastic bag and a damaged box. I have not been able to speak to a person despite several efforts and Evri keep saying the parcel is missing!! Getting past the bot chat to speak to.anyone is seemingly impossible. I will never use again.
