Zero customer service, lost my parcel over 5 months ago. Repeated calls and emails but with no help or follow up. I have completed a claims form only to receive an email acknowledging receipt and asking me to complete the same claims form again. Chat bot takes you in circles and now doesn't even recognise the tracking ID.
