I have not received my parcel . It's been delivered somewhere but the location image is so poor, can't tell where it is and the delivery image only shows the parcel with a little bit of white wall. I'm so upset. If the courier can't deliver to the right address . How can I order next time. I really need the items now. One is a special hand and face wash, which I can't find in any local shops, I would have to drive 28 miles (56 mile round trip) and the nearest shops for other things are 15 miles away. and I'm disabled, so physically shopping has become more difficult
