Above tracking was 6 days ago and no update. Evri have obviously lost my parcel and won't admit it. Their 'Help' line is just an automated answering machine that's no help at all. Advised me to contact sender. They offer no compensation and take no responsibility. Package got all the way from China, only for Evri to lose it in the last few miles. What a shambles of a company.
