Evri has to be one of the worst delivery companies I’ve ever dealt with. I’d never choose them willingly, but unfortunately when you order online, you often don’t find out which courier will be used until it’s too late to change it. My latest experience says it all. I paid extra for next-day delivery, but the parcel was delayed anyway, so what’s the point of paying more when they can’t deliver on time? I stayed home all day waiting, only to get a notification saying my parcel had been delivered. The so-called proof of delivery? A picture of the delivery person standing with my parcel in the middle of some random path, definitely nowhere near my address. Trying to resolve this with Evri is hopeless. There’s no real customer service, just an unhelpful automated chat that goes in circles. I got an email saying “We’ll be in touch,” but no actual help. Then, an hour later, the parcel magically turned up at my door. Atrocious service from start to finish. If you have any choice at all, steer clear of Evri.
