Paid extra for speedy delivery, but the parcel did not turn up. I had to leave on a trip next day at 2pm - still no parcel !
Messages I left about leaving the parcel were ignored and no way of getting in touch. Only Evri sending ( false) information to me.
Was waiting for a parcel from Dunelm who have been good about a refund, but had to advise them to get another delivery company.
