I called you to ask to cancel the order before it was dispatched. But you told me that the parcel could not be cancelled as it's been processed to warehouse, so I have to wait to get it and return it.
I would understand that the parcel cannot be cancelled if it has been sent to me. BUT still in warehouse, why cannot stop it to save the delivery cost for both of us?
I have sent the bag back after receiving it. But I just think it could have been avoided.
