I ordered 2 items on sale which said that it would take 2-3 days to deliver. I ended up having to wait 5 days for the delivery to come. Now I wouldn't mind if it was free, but the fact that I'm paying for a delivery service and the service not being reliable is a disappointment
I will not be ordering from flannels anytime soon as with Asos you can get unlimited next day delivery which is a reliable service for £10 a year, I had to pay £6 for one delivery which I had to wait 5 days for (7 including Saturday and Sunday)
