On 24th June I ordered a pair of Jeans and a T-Shirt. Both showed as in stock and after taking payment, I was emailed a few days later to say the T-Shirt was not in stock. I am still waiting for the refund and it's been more than 2 weeks (9th July at time of writing). The website says refunds within 5 working days. I have called Customer Service because a second order I placed (the day after the first) has still not been delivered and all they could tell me was it's being sourced from another warehouse. That's taken 2 weeks to get it moved from one warehouse to another. I am still waiting for the trainers to be shipped. Anyone with any sense would have shipped it direct from the other warehouse to save time and their own money.
