The items are good:)and the timing is good:)packing good:)ordering easy:)however I am annoyed that I have been overall overcharged with postage:(:(:(:(:(:( (not combined when agreed offered a voucher but it never worked:(:( #useless )&another bug bear...they do keep leaving with any old neighbour up the road when I have specifically asked &asked flannels to ensure this does not happen.it still happens,I do not know all my neighbours and last time it put me off ordering as I had to go more than to the end of the long road and half up the next road #ridiculous please take my feedback seriously and do actually send me a reimburse on postage £30 voucher will cover ruthy-@tiscali.co.uk I Thankyou.
