Terrible website. No current information on current tier 4 store closures. I have an in store item to return, receipt states return by Jan 3rd. I do hope Flannels will honour this return when the (Leicester) store opens! Tried ringing the store...phone just ringing out. Surely the store manager could have put a answer phone message to say the store is temporarily closed due to the current lockdown.
I suppose that’s too simple 😠.
