Had too put a 5 star review as my 1 star reviews kept getting rejected This company needs too be investigated on receiving my order items was missing I informed flannels After they set up a bogus investigation with dpd (the courier) When the box arrived perfectly intact the item was never put in there witch I stated they refuse to blame there warehouse staff (the Packers they flat out refused too refund me and cut communication avoid this company the guy who owns this company owns sports direct and we all know what happens in there warehouses customers services just seem to speak from a script I’ve spoke to no less then 20 people on customer services there say I’m sorry to hear that but won’t give people there money flannels are scammers can’t believe these cowboys are allowed to operate house of Fraser now on for me
