Im pleased with my goods, just thought the service was a little slow.
I ordered things from Outnet and Yoox the same day as I placed the order with Flannels and I had opened them and had the returns collected before the Flannels parcel even turned up. I was then in the store in Nottingham before the items arrived!
Love the store though!
