Ordering process is OK. What I don't understand is what part Barlin Delivery is playing. They provide exactly the same delivery information as Flannels does (even later) through
e-mail and in the end it's a DHL tracking number. My suggestion would be to skip separate e-mails from Barlin Delivery and include the DHL tracking number in the Flannels e-mail quicker.
