My order arrived very quickly and securely. I have no complaints as I thought the service was very good. However, the item was damaged and I had to return it using Collect+. I'm a little concerned that I've received nothing from Flannels acknowledging receipt. Collect+ tracking indicates the parcel was delivered on Thursday 13/08/2015. Can you please confirm receipt.
