FLANNELS HAS STOLEN JUST UNDER £2,000 FROM ME! BUYER BEWARE.
I purchased a bag via Flannels' website. I returned the bag in accordance with Flannels' terms and conditions as it was defective, namely it had a small tear on one handle and large creases. I have still not received a refund after over two weeks of supplying Flannels evidence of returning the bag.
I emailed Flannels over two weeks ago and they have not responded. I contacted Flannels' customer service team via telephone and they informed me that they are only able to issue a refund upon receipt of the Bag but that they were unable to inform me whether they had received the Bag...
By failing to issue me a refund, Flannels is in breach of our agreement, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I have had to resort to sending a letter before action.
