The big letdown was the behaviour of the delivery company who claimed they had left the goods with a neighbour but had in fact chucked it over the fence into the garden where our dog runs free. It's only by good luck that the dog didn't turn the parcel into shreds.
While I was pleased with all other aspects of the service, the delivery aspect puts me right off ordering anything from you again.
