Prompt delivery of item, nicely presented even though it was a sale item.
I do think better photos of the item would have been better as it wasn't quite what I thought it was. But having said that it was still a very nice garment. It was very creased when I got it out of the wrapping. I personally would like better sizing information sleeve length etcetera. Overall though I would order from flannels again.
