the ordering process is ok . But the delivery is lackadaisical, my order went through on the 8 .12 and today 14.12 no delivery has yet been attempted. Although i organised to be home today for signing for it. Had mega problems with yodel on my last order with flannels ( they delivered to the wrong address I cannot accept this as i need the parcel content to be assessed as a christmas present. If it comes later than today there won't be any time ( or anything left to buy)
Please check and inform me.
