Great work and despatch at Flannels was let down by a very poor service by the delivery company. I was sent a message at 7.30am to say the parcel would be delivered to me sometime that same day - I responded with my full details order ref/ address/name to request a delivery anytime after 1.00pm . . . . . I got a message 2 hours later to tell me that the package was left with a neighbour - when I got home she had gone to work, so I had to wait until the next morning to go around and (after waking her up) collecting it. . . . . . . . no point offering the drivers details when saying "parcel out for delivery" if the driver cannot even be bothered to reply or follow a very polite and simple request . . . .. the delivery time given to me was up until 7.30pm . . . . . so to ask to come after 1.00pm was not unreasonable.
