Unfortunately the delivery address for my order was changed on your servers to a random address in Northampton, (I live in Essex). I was not given an explanation of why this happened, and it was myself who noticed, not you. If I hadn't had noticed the change of address, my order was about to end up at someone else's house.
However, action was taken immediately, which I am impressed by. I was assured that once the parcel arrived at the Northampton depot, it would be sent back to you and would then finally make it's way to me. For this reason, I am giving you a good overall rating. I was not passed onto loads of different people, which is what happens with other companies. Instead, one lady dealt with the entire issue herself, and I am now looking forward to my order arriving.
However, I am not sure I would order with you again. I still do not understand why my delivery address was changed on your servers, and it worries me that none of you even noticed for yourselves that something clearly wasn't right here. I was also not offered a refund for the STANDARD £5 delivery charge. As soon as I get the shoes, I intend to ask for that refund immediately.
