I processed a purchase online and emailed the customer support team after 3 minutes of my purchase to request a change of size. The response I received was a disapproval of my request. The customer support team refuse to act upon my request.
My question is: “what is the purpose of the customer support team”?
I was not given the privilege to cancel or make changes to my order with 24 hours of the purchase.
