The website and order process excellent. I received regular updates in respect of the delivery of my parcel, which was delivered according to schedule. Unfortunately, the item was too small and I wanted to return and obtain a replacement moncler jacket in a different style and size. I was very surprised that I was unable to return to my local store ( Liverpool ) and purchase the replacement simultaneously. It seems that the only option is to return the parcel to Wigan and wait for a refund , then repurchase. All retailers need to think carefully about encouraging customers to physically visit their stores and do all they can to retain customers, flannels' should consider this issue ! To make matters worse, free click and return service is not recommended for items over £350, therefore, I had to attend a post office ( long queue) and have the item tracked, at an addition cost,great initial service tainted by the returns process !
