The service and punctuality from flannels has been exceptional. The commutation thou updates on my order great. The only gripe I have is retuns are not free as some other sites do. I would like to buy more stuff from the site but sizing between manufacturers vary hugely and you cannot trust the size guides published. Therefore I would not take the gamble on buying new clothes with designers I don't know and I don't want to pay the return postage. However so far I'm happy with flannels
