I try and shop at Birmingham and generally enjoy the experience particularly if I get one of your more experienced staff. There's often very limited choice in store so i find a better choice online. I understand you can only get very limited stock on some items company wide so cannot cover every store. One niggle, premium brands at premium prices. When spending 600+ on an item I expect premium service and charging postage is disappointing when the margins being made on such an item are I'd imagine more than enough. What about a click and collect service from store. This would allow items to be tried on and if needed replacement sizes arranged with the assistant there and then...This to me would increase the likelyhood of me taking a punt on a new item without having first tried it on...
