Only my 2nd time to online shopping and shopping at Flannels was very easy to follow, I was able to track my parcel with Yodel, and on day of delivery they sent me a text to state time of delivery, parcel arrived and was very happy with my purchase. Shall be shopping with Flannels again..
Deducted 1 star as I really believe you should have free delivery on all items.
