Ordered online, item arrived quickly and packed lovely. I tried to speak to a store for information first and was passed around quite a bit initially, this isn't a reflection in the service once I finally spoke with someone rather than a problem with the phone lines.
I would have liked the option to make a return to a store rather than back to the depot too.
Otherwise quality goods delivered directly to your door quickly.
