Refused refund/exchange on some trainers that were missing a part of the heel. Blamed wear and tear (even though they were a month old)
Totally ignored consumer rights act. Had to contact my bank to issue a chargeback on the transaction to receive money back.
Do not buy anything from this company. There are plenty of other shops to go to.
