Ordering process very quick and easy, delivery prompt. The item I ordered had a wry obvious grease mark right on the front but as it was the only one available as it was from a previous season I decided to take a risk and have it cleaned professionally which fortunately removed the stain. Think the item should have been checked before sent out to customer as no mention was made of the item being faulty goods . The item was reduced because it was old stock not because it was damaged.
